We have designed our wellness workshops with the individual and family in mind. We specialize in pre and postnatal fitness, children’s health and fitness, general weight loss and healthy living! We will come to your school, company, playgroup, and organization or you can come to one of our scheduled workshops.

 

Our Wellness Workshops are defined as Small Group Health Consulting for your Family! Gather in a smaller sized group rather then a large lecture room. Be an active participant in the workshop rather then just another face sitting in a chair. Participate in 2 - 3 personal follow up email interactions to assist and support with implementing strategies and tips learned from the workshop!

This two in one workshop will leave you with a breathe of fresh air! Learn about the benefits of yoga while experiencing a beginner level class. In addition to beginner yoga be enlightened with the Relaxation Station, which will include breathing exercises, self-massage, and a short meditation on a candle, called tratak meditation.
