A Strength Class for Long & Lean Mom Bods!
Intense core
conditioning class focusing on the physiological changes and challenges that
pregnancy and motherhood brings on. Class will take principles from Pilates and ballet and add basic
strength work, utilizing a variety of props including belly splints and the bar ballet bar
segment. Taught by a certified
Momilates® instructor who understands the core as a whole and how the muscles
of the core (pelvic floor, back, buttocks, diaphragm, inner thighs and more)
work synergistically to promote a long and lean body. Traditional pilates
exercises are modified as appropriate for the postpartum individual and props
are used to challenge individuals at differing levels of fitness. This
class will see you (re)gain abdominal strength and decrease the appearance of
“mummy tummy”, along with tightening and toning all the right places!

The
Ultimate Mom Strength Circuit Class
Join one of the
butt kicking Mommy Moves instructors as they guide you to STRONG! This
circuit style class is a great compliment to your everyday workout. You
will experience 1 hour of cycling, jump roping, bosu balls, TRX and more.
This class will allow your body to be challenged safely and effectively
with the most current fitness equipment around.
